Well, I suspect that for people to know that this is even an option, you 
will have to tell them about it (at which point you could tell them 
whatever you want to use) or they will look at the source, at which 
point they will see whatever is in use.

For example, if I were going to do this on my old old (please don't 
look) site at www.peak.org/~luomat I would make the tag something like

<body id="luomat-at-peak-org">

which should be unique.

The bigger problems would be for sites that begin with a digit, but I'm 
not one of them, so I'll let them worry about that ;-)
