I read the first chapter, and it's excellent. Nice work describing reader
types, customer types, and experience types, as well as the critical need
to design based on content, goals, etc. Based on the sample chapter, I've
ordered the book and am looking forward to it.
How much do you cover with respect to dealing with Netscape 4?
