I've heard that these are customers who are waiting on features like
roaming profiles before moving to Netscape 6.x.

I think most people haven't moved Netscape 6.x because the "finished"
product hasn't been ready for prime time. Netscape 6.2.1 is pretty good as
are recent Mozilla releases but Netscape 6.x was a buggy mess.

I agree about Netscape 4.  There is some "safe" CSS you can use but I
would just as soon not waste my time on it.
