Malcolm, it looks like the 'W' is just wide enough to
extend out of its *slot*, and that there's no padding
on the left of that td to accomodate it. IE usually
cuts off such 'out-of-bounds' inline content.
If this is not caused by code errors, I will guess that
a small amount of left padding in the td will allow the
'W' to fully show. Mind you, I'm just theorizing.
