OK, don't slap me for even asking because I'm new to this...
Can you create a table-based layout that will work as a default for those
browsers that don't like CSS and then write CSS for it that "takes it up a
notch"? Like can you put the contents of a nav bar both in a <div> and in a
cell so the CSS can make it float but it stays put for those non-CSS people?
