I presume you mean Netscape Mozilla's inbuilt viewer, since IE and Opera
simply hand it off to a (user configurable) editor/viewer.
To add yet another to the plethora of suggestions, I have fallen in love
with Editplus. It took me four years to find a program good enough to wean
me away from my previous editor, but Editplus has extreme configurability
without making it impossible to understand.
