if you're testing on netscape 4.7, you will have problems.  it doesn't
implement css well at all, but that's because it existed BEFORE the CSS 1
spec (or something like that).

Well, I think I've fixed the problems. Can somebody verify this on the Mac?

Man...CSS-P and Nutscrape don't play well together.

Thanks Andrew and RUST - I'll still fine tune the page later, I'm just
getting the functionality somewhat cross-browser.
