Style Object tag svg

Sent by Crest Christopher on 13 July 2016 20:08

I have a question regarding this
<http://thoughtfulweb.com/thoughts/on/the-best-way-to-add-an-svg-image-to-your-website>
method; there is no SVG being loaded, is it loading in the background
and simply being stylizing by a style sheet ?
