You can still specify a % line-height even when using keywords for font 
size.  The renderer will just calculate the font size and make the 
line-height that percentage of it - somewhat.

Unless line-height is integral to your content, it's hard to exactly 
specify that height unless you're using pixels, because "large" may mean 
something different in one browser over another.  Also, is "large," for 
instance, relative to the user settings in the browser?  IOW, if I set IE 
to a "medium" text size, then the "large" should be bigger than the default 
(say, 1em) size.

Zeldman wrote a good piece on using pixels or nothing at all for ALA, 
although I can't seem to find it in the archives now.

I'm really *really* trying to move towards not specifying a font size where 
it's not absolutely necessary (in divs with a fixed height for a navigation 
bar or something) but it's just so hard to let go...
