Kym, you're making a simple typographical error in the HTML comment
syntax. Your source code reads:
....<![if gt IE 6]></a><![endif]><!--[if lte IE
6]><table><tr><td><![endif]-->...
For each list item, the first IE conditional comment should be
correctly embedded in an HTML comment:
....<!--[if gt IE 6]></a><![endif]-->...
