-I see from your clear drawing, Porter, thanks. I was thinking of the float
top right being at the top left of the paragraph, which is easy. I guess
you'd have to remove the P tag around the text to achieve it otherwise.
In any case it seems everyone would welcome an extension to the spec to
allow the behavior I've been saying should be there - *should* because we
badly need it - and Tom's suggestion is a good one for achieving it. Or
maybe having clear work on a float to force a break after it, as the garbage
code does, then you can apply an existing property, if that checks out.
