Screen resolution?

Screen resolution hasn't been reliably 72 dpi since the demise of the CRT (5+ years ago?). HD
screens get higher definition by having smaller pixels. And smaller pixels means larger numbers of
dots per inch. From what I've seen LCD's can have quite a range, generally starting around 96, and
going up from there. I've seen people on this list mention dpi on monitors upwards of 200, and
they're getting higher every day.
