I understand that BOTH document level and inline level styles are needed in Outlook 2007 templates (.oft files). If I create an HTML email with document level styles, is there a simple way to duplicate all those styles as inline styles also? Maybe a tool that will automatically generate the new styles? I would like to avoid doing the whole thing twice.
