Hello Felix, if this is for a *visual effect* wouldn't background images
better serve this purpose?
The minimum font size that can be displayed in Safari on Windows is 50%
for Times New Roman or 70% for Verdana. Safari can show smaller font but
that is with using pixels. A font-size of 1px will show little 1px dots.
Also in Safari under Preferences | Advanced, for universal access is a
way to stipulate a minimum font-size which will override any font-size
given in a style sheet.
