Geez, are you a newspaper person or something? :-).
The CMS we use has undergone a major upgrade since we first bought it and
we're beginning to get ready to migrate to it. The vendor is very proud of
its in-page editor thing - but we here in the newsroom don't want it; we
*like* our dull, boring dropdowns and text fields that let us get in and out
of the content quickly.
