Dear all;
I'm trying to develop an in-house Content Management System to deliver
to my end users. Cost can be anywhere from free to $2000. Qualities
we're looking for (in order of importance). We are currently working on
several low budget project and purchasing a branded software would be
pricey. I am looking for out of the box software that I can modify and
implement that way I want.
