eZ publish is a dual licensed CMS, it can be used under the GPL or you can buy
a professional license that gives you all rights to the source code. Check

eZ publish is made with PHP and runs on both Linux, BSD and Windows using
MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle as database. I you want more information, just
