Typically, and almost by definition, any open source tools you are considering would disallow
charging a fee for the product, but do allow you to charge a fee for services, such as distribution,
consulting/customizattion, or the development of add-on modules.
You also always, or almost always (depending on the specific open source license) need to accompany
the software you distribute along with its source code (think Redhat Linux which charges a fee for
distribution/packaging and support, but from whose site you can freely download the source code and
binaries of the product.)
